A qualified Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, he has practised continuously with DC Denwigwe SAN & Associates since 2008, building deep expertise in corporate law, regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, and alternative dispute resolution. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Ebonyi State University and is currently completing a Master’s degree in Strategic Peace and Conflict Studies — further strengthening his capabilities in negotiation, mediation, and stakeholder engagement.
In his role as Head of Legal & Corporate Governance, Donald oversees all legal affairs, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contract drafting, and dispute resolution for ZRC Energy and its e-Velo mobility platform. He brings a rare combination of rigorous legal training, extensive leadership experience, and a proven track record in conflict resolution and community governance — ensuring the company operates with the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and regulatory adherence. His background in board administration and ethical leadership positions him to provide sound legal counsel across all areas of the business, from fleet operations and financing agreements to government relations and cross-border partnerships.
